In accordance with Article 24 Section 1 of the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of August 29th, 1997 (Dz.U. of 2016, item 922, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Act, controller of Silvensa 2017 participants’ personal data is Stowarzyszenie Mensa Polska, with its seat in Kraków, ul. Rakowicka 10B lok. 4, 31-511 Kraków, Poland, entered into the Associations, Other Social and Professional Organisations, Foundations and Public Health Care Institutions Register of the National Court Register by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number 0000114925, NIP [Tax Identification Number] 5213094789, REGON [National Business Register Number] 930453747, hereinafter referred to as Mensa Poland. Personal data of participants is processed only for purpose of organising Silvensa 2017 and should not be disclosed to or processed by other parties, except names and surnames, which shall be processed by Central Fund of Immovables sp. z o.o, with its seat in in Łódź, Poland, ul. Zwycięstwa 2, 90-312 Łódź, Poland, with a registered capital of 198,849,000.00 zł, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Registry Court, under the number 0000039596, NIP [Tax Identification Number] 7282410591, REGON [National Business Register Number] 472910966, the owner of Centrum Szkoleniowe Falenty - the venue where Silvensa 2017 will be held.
Data submission is voluntary, yet it is necessary to complete Silvensa 2017 registration process.
In accordance with Article 32 Section 6 of the Act, every participant may request their personal data to be supplemented, updated, corrected and/or temporarily or permanently suspended from processing and/or to be deleted if they are incomplete, out-of-date, untrue or have been collected with a breach of the Act, or are already unnecessary for the purpose for which they have been collected.
